White Sultan breed standard question

I went to a poultry show and saw a "show" sultan. I noticed the head was full of densely packed feathers like a polish. After talking to the owner he said he had used a polish in the breeding. Mine don't have that same look. However mine look more like the old pictures of sultans. In a show, which head is preferred? I'm not showing mine but just was curious.
