White turkey breeding Mottled Black Tom

Just recently acquired a white hen of unknown origin. She's in quarantine now but I'm wondering if I can breed her with my Mottled Black Tom? She doesn't seem to have the BBW figure so I'm thinking she's just a white.

This is my Mottled Tom, he bred with my Black Hen last year and I got ended up with 5, 2 Toms ans 3 Hens who I hope to breed this year.

That's an Oregon gray tom, not a mottled black.
