White Watery Poop - little interest in food

One of our hens has been avoiding feeding for the past two days. She still forages a bit but doesn't even try to approach during feeding time & spends a lot of time standing still. I noticed she had a lot of poop stuck to her butt, so we just gave her a bath and trimmed the feathers around the area. Her vent didn't look red or angry or really abnormal at all. I have her on my lanai right now with some food and water (shes not showing much interest), and I just found this poop when I went in to check on her.

For more information, we have a flock of 20 chickens, and they free range during the day. We are in Florida.

Welcome. How old is she? Does she normally lay eggs? How does her crop feel now and again early in the morning before eating and drinking anything? I would try offering water with some electrolytes up to her beak. Scrambled egg or some wet feed are good to offer.
