White wiggly thing in eye

I volunteer at a farm and one of the chickens hasn’t been opening her eye for a few days. Put ointment in on Monday, but when I went back today, there was a white wiggly (but not moving) thing in her eye. She is isolated, but she hasn’t been coming out of the coop she’s in.

In addition her face seems to be full of stick tight fleas. This needs to be treated as well.
