Whiting True Blue 16weeks

They do look like Whiting blues to me. If you're choosing based on looks.... I can't help, they're all too gorgeous! If I had to choose only one I'd probably pick the one who seems the mellowest with the ladies.

For EEs it really doesn't seem to matter. There are some folks who think the red ears means the EE will lay green eggs, and white ears means they'll lay blue.

From my own and others' experience I know this isn't necessarily true- but of course some hens and eggs will map to this scenario!

Have you narrowed your choices to Blondie and Frank?

The last roo I had was a huge Blue Copper Marans who went from cool dude to attack me when I turn my back- in less than a week. So I get the need to swap in a nice one.

We have not narrowed it down yet. Based off of basically nothing, I like Blondie. Frank’s crazy look is a bit too crazy. I know how much their looks can change, so I’m really curious to see how different they become.

We ordered from Mcmurray for delivery the end of February. Our delivery was a bit strange because we got a bunch of extra chicks, 4 ended up dying, and couldn’t 100% determine what each was. For example, we ordered and paid for 1 male blue Cochin. The box said they sent 2 of them (in addition to the free rare chick), but we think we had 4 in our box.
We ordered:
Red stars female
Black stars female
Barred rock straight run
Cuckoo Maran female
Blue Cochin male
Australorp female
Columbian Wyandotte female
Whiting true blue straight run
All of that to say, I believe the pics I’m posting are of whiting true blue, but I’m not 100% sure. We plan to keep one of these Roosters to potentially hatch our own Whiting true blue at some point, but we can’t decide which one to keep. Any advice on deciding? The grey one with blonde on his wings, doesn’t have fluffy cheeks, but the other 3 have fluffy cheeks.
