Whiting True Blue Pullet or roo?

This is a Whiting True Blue. Never raised them before. I would have sworn Pullet. But look a "shim" now. No pronounced waddle or comb but the tail looks rooster-ish. Appreciate your thoughts.

This my whiting cockerel. Tail is different than the pullets and his comb is already a raspberry red. He has acted like a rooster from day one. He about 11 weeks here. Yours appears to have saddle feathers.
