Who can do processing in my area?

It's come that time and now I can find a dang person that processes birds!

My husband won't help me do it. His only suggestion is to kill the geese and just cut out the breast meat. I told him he's crazy! My step-dad lives too far away or he'd help me. Is there anyone in my area that could come on over and help me out? Heck, I'd even give whoever helped me one of the birds!

There are several tutorials in stickies at the top of this section that might help you. I'm sure that butchering a goose is pretty close to butchering a chicken. Those tutorials should give you an idea, anyway.
