WHO CAN FİND HİS DİSSEAS? PLEASE HELP

-cant hold his neck
-deformed legs
-bloddy (we are not sure it happened 4 times) feces
-hot body sometimes
-2 feathers falled
-have crisis sometimes (happened 5 times again)
- open and close his mouth like he is itching the air
- he is younger than 2 months

Poor fellow doesn't look good. I didn't see any videos, only photos.

Have you tried giving him a boost of vitamins and electrolytes and a protein boost (scrambled egg). Maybe someone else will have another suggestion and I know this is a long shot, but is all I can suggest. Has he eaten any kind of poisonous thing?
