That depends on the birds. Most of mine are fine with other roosters, unless they see another they don't know.

I had a silkie named MR. Evil, he was a mean boy, he attack me, my mom, my sister, & my dad. Finally had enough of him, & made him into soup.
He was the only human aggressive silkie I ever had.
