Oh, I’ve never heard of this. Is it super disgusting?
Haha, no..it's just not my favorite.
The chickens and duck liver is much more mild tasting than beef liver. If I didn't soak it in lemon juice or milk for a day before preparing beef liver, it always had a bitter tinge to me.
