Ive had Big Daddy in with her now for over 1mo...so it 'SHOULD" only be Big Daddy...I forgot my RIRs have been gone over 1mo....

and YES!!! This was my Cracked, smashed at the end egg, and real bad too!!! so I poured candle wax over the end of it...

For hatching in egg cartons do I have to use styrofoam or can it be the compressed pulp ones?

I use the pulp "paper" cartons.
My guess is that the natural material allows the eggs to "breathe" better, but some people use styro.

My three are fluffing right along! Pics once we're all properly fluffy!

I don't feel fluffy. I just washed the two rescue pyrs - first bath ever - omg the filth... I could just strangle some people.

I feel frankly ewky but time enough to bathe after all the critter chores.

Still happiness is a PYR finally happy and comfortable in it's own coat, bug and mat free for a change.

What is a pyr? Okay good since I only have the paper cartons so that is what I'll use!... Yeah so close to the big hatch
