I'm not sure if the bloody pip will make it.
My polish chick apparently pipped through it's yolk sac. There's yolk & blood smeared all over the part of the carton where it hatched. It is doing fine now, though.
Even if your chick is in trouble, there's nothing you can do to help a chick that's bleeding without making things worse.

I did put the 2 mystery chicks in the brooder... but that's because I thought they were duck eggs & ducks take 28 days to hatch... I found them in the auto turner of the incubator & had to get them out!

Do u mean like don't move one into the brooder alone until there are at least 2? Or leave one in to chirp the others into hatching??​
 
I just don't like to disturb the "atmosphere" of the hatch - the temp, humidity, chirping cheerleaders, etc.
If there's no immediate reason to remove a chick from the hatcher... it can stay there for a couple days until the hatch is finished. (A normal hatch shouldn't take more than 48 hours... usually more like 24 hours from the first chick to hatch to the last.)
 
As hard as it is for me with the chickens I leave the bator alone until I have to open it. They seem to do better or at least no worse when I wait until the hatch is done. Then if one does not make it I have a harder time blaming myself.....

On my quail the bator is opened 3-5 times a day to turn eggs and I take them out as they hatch. Eventually I pull out any quail eggs that are 3 days overdue.
It is always a surprise to open the bator and have a face or two looking up at me...
