Who goes to sleep and dreams of their chickens?

I found a new way to go to sleep fast. Forget counting sheep, count your chickens!

I don't get far and I am off to sleep and when I wake up I remember my chicken dreams. Sometimes I am out there feeding them, sometimes just looking.
Thank heavens I haven't had any chicken nightmares yet. I might be afraid to go into the coop.

I think its great! And they are a big part of our lives. I really love my chickens. They bring a peace and joy that are not easy to come by. Why I don't know, they just do.

I dream of them almost every night..... I sometimes dream that they are in danger and sometimes I dream that they are happy and free ranging in the back 40..

A couple nights after my goose was killed after the bobcat..

I dreamt the bobcat got in the barn and ate EVERYTHING, chicks, chickens, ducks, ducklings, adolescent birds, quail, and even the rabbits in their cages..

I think I just miss my goose..
