My mom has a chihuahua and just about everytime we go to the store she buys him a new toy. Do you think he's spoiled??

Once you start that, they expect a new toy every time! My Toby digs around in the grocery bags every week and gets disappointed when he doesn't find a toy. Spoiled rotten!
