who has silkies

Here are both of my Silkies. Both deceased. Most of you probably know why.

This is dominic my Calico Silkie roo.

This is Bella my Partridge Silkie hen (right).

oh. i dont have pics yet. but i have three silkie sisters that are broody. one hatched 4 yesterday,the next one is due christmas day and the last one is due jan 4. they are 9 months old and so far they are super good mommys. i will get some pics.

This is my first silkie ever, he/she is a baby in this picture but its finally starting to feather out and I love their round poofy tails and funky feathers on their heads <3

Hatching this one was very difficult though it was shrink wrapped pretty bad I was sure that it was going to die, but the little guy pulled through ^.^
I really hope its a hen. I can tell what all my other chicks are, but this one has me stumped.

I kept back roughly 100 for breeding stock this year. Chicks just started popping out of the incubator this weekend too. Lots of pics if you click on my website link too.

Oh ya, here are some that I bought from destiny_56085.

Funny thing is that these are the most beautiful birds I own and they weren't good enough for her! Like most breeders you meet on BYC's, Amy's are top notch show winners or they are pet quality. No compromises!

BTW: that roo is Uno, the one winged roo. He is good to the silkies and the silkies are good for him.
