I did, I have 2 of my RIR/X hatched this morning, and one more to go! Looking like it MIGHT be a New YEars Day baby tho. Congrats on the hatch!

16 good eggs - BUT one has the biggest crack ever, I don't know how I could have missed that when I put them in the bator. I put tape on it, we will see if it makes it.

You know, I can be in the foulest (fowlest?) mood, growling at everyone, kicking the dogs(not really...dont yell at me...) and I see some pictures like this and I cant help but smile and go aaaawwwwww.

Im beginning to think chickens are one of gods most incredible creatures. Gives us eggs to eat, meat to eat, easy to hatch and grow, and makes more and more and more...and theres ALWAYS a need for more...I have never heard a nation say...okay, we have enough chickens. And the aw factor is astonishing and never goes away.

I love chickens....
