I cannot recommend it highly enough! It is really worth the money (which is actually very cheap for a DSLR lens!)!


As for editing, I do as little as possible. I use http://www.picnik.com instead of Photoshop. All of those shots are un-edited, apart from a crop on one of the blossoms. The lens & camera did all the work

And thats amazing that you got that beautiful shot without editing! I have to edit mine (I use Picnik too

) to get them as good as yours and they are still not that good!

I will have to try that, as i normally always take my pictures in midday.

Here are some from this spring

I like my pictures though it takes me an entire shoot to get a few really nice ones.. but, I still can't get the WOW pics, ya know. I really wish that photography 101 thread would've taken off. Even if we do one exercise a month.. and there is someone to explain how to shoot it and in what mode or whatever. .. I feel I just cannot get past average pictures.
