@LeannS sounds like you have a handle on your diet issues. it can be frustrating while trying to figure out our property diet, huh? I also have digestion issues that I need to research further.

Hello;
I wanted to know if you or anyone in your family is allergic or sensitive to eating duck eggs?
I purchased my ducks specifically for eating their eggs but, come to find out my dh is allergic to them. He gets nauseous after eating them, fried, scrambled or hard-boiled; so, he does not eat them anymore.
I have found that I can only eat one at a time; if I eat 2 I too will feel slightly nauseous. so, I limit myself to one each meal.
I am curious to find out if men, women or children are more sensitive to eating duck eggs? Or, if an age group is more sensitive?
So, if you are interested also, please tell me who can and cannot consume duck eggs in your family; are they male or female, children or adults? We are adults 50+. I'm not sure if age has anything to do with this, but it may be interesting to find out. So, let me know what age group and gender the sensitive tummy is in.
Thank you for your help with this survey. I appreciate your help.

Thank you yours is the only information I was able to find I took the survey although it was missing my age group 55 . It took a couple weeks to figure out mine allergy severe digestive followed by intense itching. I am so sad i Was so excited about the eggs. But my ducks are pets so I we will have to figure out who locally likes duck eggs.

I am also allergic to duck eggs and am 31 year old female. Never knew until I purchased my own flock of ducks! They make me extremely ill within 10 minutes of consumption. Even two bites of scrambled eggs has me in trouble! I eat chicken eggs with no issues.

My son who is 56 is raising ducks and ate duck eggs for the first time this morning and about 1-2 hours later broke out in hives all over his body. He is allergic to sulfa. Dont know if that has anything to do with it.
