Hello;
I wanted to know if you or anyone in your family is allergic or sensitive to eating duck eggs?
I purchased my ducks specifically for eating their eggs but, come to find out my dh is allergic to them. He gets nauseous after eating them, fried, scrambled or hard-boiled; so, he does not eat them anymore.
I have found that I can only eat one at a time; if I eat 2 I too will feel slightly nauseous. so, I limit myself to one each meal.
I am curious to find out if men, women or children are more sensitive to eating duck eggs? Or, if an age group is more sensitive?
So, if you are interested also, please tell me who can and cannot consume duck eggs in your family; are they male or female, children or adults? We are adults 50+. I'm not sure if age has anything to do with this, but it may be interesting to find out. So, let me know what age group and gender the sensitive tummy is in.
Thank you for your help with this survey. I appreciate your help.
