who is good with computers

It is unclickable if you don't click whatever speaker is available first. Is there a speaker to click so it is highlighted?

look at the bottom right hand corner there should be a mic looking thing make sure there is no X on it

no this is not a lap top it is a normal computer it is a windows 7

power it down and wait about a hour or two and turn it back on
