Turn eggs anywhere from once every 12 hours to once an hour, unless you have an auto turner.
Temp: about 100 F, usually between 97 and 102.
Humidity: 50 - 60%. 3 days before the hatch, stop turning the eggs and raise the humidity to 60 - 75%. This is known as 'Lockdown'.

However, I have hatched many eggs by just putting the temp at about 100 F and putting a little water in there for humidity (I wouldn't suggest it if the eggs are important).

Good luck on your hatch!
