My youngest hens have been laying for a few months now and I’ve been noticing I’ve been getting an odd “beige” egg that I can’t tell whether a white egg layer or a brown egg layer laid it!I have both kinds in my youngsters.I suspect it’s a kind of tinted white egg from my light breeds but I don’t really know! Here are the light breeds I have..”Andalusians,Ancona’s,1 Minorca.” I’ll post the heavy breeds if you think it’s one of them later. Here is a pic showing the contrast next to one of my white eggs.

I've never had a breed supposed to lay white eggs lay a tinted although I believe it's possible? What breeds are your brown egg layers?
Oh dear here I go!:lauI have..:Beilefelders,(Golden,Blue laced red,Silver laced.)Wyandottes,Speckled Sussex,and (not really classified as brown but I will add them anyway)Easter Egger’s.

Sussex or Easter Egger would be my go to if it's not one of your white layers (which I'm just not sure on). The Minorcas, Andalusians and Anconas I've seen at fairs and such always laid a straight white egg... but like I said I think tinted is a possibility...? I wish it was easier to catch who laid what egg, dang..

Egg on the left look porous, candling it will confirm.
I'd suspect a brown layer.
