I have a BR rooster with a EE hen and 2 Buff hen would anyone know who’s the mother of this baby chick here?

Your buff hens have single combs, your EE hen has a pea comb.

Take a good look at the chick's comb--it probably has the same kind of comb as its mother.

Can you come get the bird out since you are so concerned or do you need glasses that you can’t see?
I have glasses AND I zoomed in on the picture, and I cannot see the comb clearly enough to tell what kind it is.

The wire mesh and the blend of light and shadow really do make it hard to see the specific details that might tell which hen is the mother of the chick. I can't tell much about the feather color and pattern of markings either, but since the father is a Barred Rock the chick will probably look black with white barring no matter who the mother is.
