Only if they started getting incubated. If they haven’t started developing they won’t have blood.

Those are either meat spots or you have fertile eggs being incubated by a broody.

Could b e a broody we have one but its winter now so no eggs and she not broody now.
We collect everyday but some lay in the am and some lay in the afternoon. lol
