Who knows about Embryo's growth

I was wondering if there is a large amount of growth during the last five days of incubation ?

Growth as in formation of tissues/structures, no, but growth in the maturation of said tissues/structures, yes.

I was thinking about size or mass. Last look I was wondering why the chicks did not fill up all the space except for the air sack.
