I used to be a serious collector. Had over 300 models at one point and most were limited editions and still new in box. I also dabbled in the Peter Stones and Black Horse Ranch. I originally started back in the early 80's. Of course those were played with, scratched up, or broke. By the time I hit middle school I quit playing with them and got into more of collecting aspect. Then life happens.... The models took up a whole room in the basement and were never displayed. I made the hard decision to sell them off to pay off my college tuition loan. Yeah it tallied up that much. I sold them before the recession hit and people still had alot of money to spend on them. I kept only a few and they are displayed on my entertainment center. I kept the 1st model ever given to me by my grandpa. There's just something about the black arabian models that I had to keep too.
