Unless it is noted on the pic that it is copyrighted and not for use it is posted in the public domain and can be used. I know a lot of people get upset when their pics are used, but if you put it out there, be ready for it to show up elsewhere.

Thanks everyone! I got it from the first page of google image search when I typed in "chickens" I think it might be copyrighted, but I didn't see anything saying you could use it for non comercial use. Besides, I think you should be open to people using your art if you put it on google for crying out loud!
