Who sells the best EEs?

Hi All,

I'm looking to buy some EErs for Spring. My qualifications are..

* Must have variety of colors in the hens.
* Must have a variety of colored eggs (Blue, Green, and Pink-Tinted)
* Must be hardy birds who can free range

With EEs it is kind of a you get what you get thing.

I have one EE now and she lays a brown egg. I got her from the feed store. I have had McMurray's EEs and also Mypetchickens' EEs and the egg color varies...green and blue. But you will get whatever there is at the time...no guarantees unless you buy the Ameraucanas which are specific colors (true breeder Ameraucanas, not what the hatchery calls Ameraucanas.

So you get the specific colors from a breeder, or buy "Wheaten Ameraucanas" from the hatchery. Here:

Those are Ameraucanas, not EEs.

With EEs, you can't even tell when they are chicks, what they will look like when they grow up!!!
