Who should I consult?

Hello! My husband and I are considering going "official" in Polk County, FL to be able to sell at farmers markets and advertise through local businesses. We are unsure of how we should go about doing this and what kind of profession could answer our questions. Theres only so much information online now... you dont know what actually applies to you! Do we call a business lawyer? An accountant? Where do we start???
