Is there another thread with this info or can someone answer this question. Am searching for a wholesaler and only finding retailers that over charge for the foam egg shippers.

A recent idea for cheap reusable foam shipping was posed in the Easter Hatch along. They purchased and cut down pipe insulation. You can see how simple it is here, submission #15 in contest: https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/most-ingenious-chicken-design-contest-easter-2012

They can be purchased at a home improvement store in 6 ft lengths for about a dollar, cut about 4 inches so that's 18 egg foam holders or more for a buck.

I just realized how old this thread is...Oh well, still a good idea.
