Who will incubate around 8-3/8-6????

I set my eggs yesterday early morning. This is my first hatch. I'm also using a LG still air/turner, but I'm using the "dry incubation method".
My temps have been steady at 99.8F-101.8 and my room humidity is in the high 30's.

I set 17 of my eggs of RIR x Dorking/Americuana & GSL x Dorking/Americuana!

Imnot hoping for a real high success rate, I just want to make sure I know how to use this thing for my Basque Hen eggs(Euskal Oiloa) I'm ordering this week!

Lmao! Well I'm Hopping! I get at least 70% hatch. This is my first time and I did a big mistake of buying the expensive eggs first :/
So will see how it works.
I will post a picture tomorrow once I finished putting all my eggs , also when I candle them around day 18)
When they start hatching and when everything is over hope everyone following will post pic too.

I put 4 Cochin eggs under broody Orpington today. First try at hatching eggs. We will see what happens.

Set 26 silkie eggs today. I'm using a Brinsea Octagon 20 Advance EX w/ humidity pump. Hopefully I'll have better success than I've had in the past.

Great!!! Keep posting, let me know how the temperature is going. Right now I have 18 silkie eggs and will receive 8+ tomorrow so will see how it goes.

I just walk in every Hour to check on them just too stressful . But I can't wait , planning to do my next hatch!

Yea I'm also pretty anxious to get this hatch done and see the results of my first run. I catch myself check temps and humidity quite often haha! Everything looks good though I think? Lol

Next hatch is gonna be epic! Chicks from the Basque country where my father is from!!! Soo Epic lol!

I come home from work yesterday, and my kids tell me the electricity had gone out for half an hour during the day! What are the chances of that? We never lose electricity and within the first 24 hours of setting my eggs. Luckily, we are having a very hot summer, so hopefully the temperature didn't go down that much during that time. We are on day two.

My daughters and I go to the incubator and just stare. I feel like there should be something we should be doing. It is going to be a long three weeks!

I think I am going to wait about ten days before candling. I am so afraid of hurting anything.
