Who will incubate around 8-3/8-6????

Thanks.

My daughters and I go to the incubator and just stare.  I feel like there should be something we should be doing.  It is going to be a long three weeks!

I think I am going to wait about ten days before candling.  I am so afraid of hurting anything.

I'm thinking of waiting till the day of lock down, just because I really don't want to be opening. The Incubator a lot just incase I need to put mire water or a stinky egg maybe? But I'll wait till lock down. Hows your humidity and temperature?

I noticed last week that my golden sebright eggs were fertile, I wasn't sure if my roo was old enough but I guess so! I ordered an incubator and just started them today. Crossing my fingers big time as this is my first time trying to incubate. :)

Well I'm a first time too! Yesterday I put 18 silkies and today the 10 silkie eggs that I was waiting on, a couple my dad brought today also (6) hace no idea what they are.the egg is really small he said they are black with a dark orange/ gold color? Lol I have no clue!

I'm in!  I put 6 pure bred Ameracauna eggs in my new bator Aug 3rd. First time using it, so far so good.

My temp and humidity is great and constant.  I have an egg turner, so not much work for me yet. I put a lot of research before starting this.:)

Welcome aboard. NICOLE!
WHAT'S THE temperature and humidity you have it on?
When will you candle the eggs?
I think I'm doing mine till lock down.

Temp is 99 humidity(circulated fan) 40% until day 18.  I'll raise the humidity to about 60-65%

I hope this works.  The plastic thermometer on top of the eggs is more accurate then the one on top.  It's not much of a difference.  My eggs are turned 4 times a day.

I'll candle at day 7-9 to make sure there are no red rings!
