Whole Corn?

My standard size chickens love whole corn, however, my banties have trouble with it and will leave it on the ground.

Another benefit of feeding whole kernal corn is that the nasty sparrows have problems eating it whereas cracked corn is like candy to them...

My bantams eat it off the cob and have no problem. I also get a coarse-grind cracked corn for them. I can scatter that in their run, whereas one or two will "hog" the ear of corn. They also have access to free-choice Flock Raiser, and grit and oyster shell.
