whole meal worms?

Well, I started feeding my two girls meal worms (from a very reliable source!) and to say they loved them would be an understatement.

While in the run poo-scooping I came across poo with whole, undigested meal worms!!

If they'd just slow down and chew....

But it is nice to see them enjoying natures bounty. (meal worm emo-con here)

If it was eaten the worm would have been ground up by the gizzard. There is no way a mealworm should be able to go through the digestive system whole.

Any way someone had it in their beak and dropped it?

eeew, I have to say meal worms give me the creeps in general! I had a favortie pet lizard whom I fed whole meal wormsn due to the fact I couldn't find crickets anywhere and one day I found my lizard dead with a live meal worm crawling out of his eye socket...Oh, jeezs! The memories!

mealworms!! I fed them like 2 dozens earlier last week. They love them.
