Wholesale Dog Tees?

I want to make some dog tee's with vinyl designs I can print on there if that makes sense. Only problem, I need the t shirts. I can't make them, so I've been looking for some wholesale blank shirts. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also, I would prefer that they're not made in China.. Made in the U.S. would be ideal

I don't know if any stuff is made in USA anymore. Hope you can find another source, after they sent us Covid, I don't want anything from them.
