Whom to room with for the winter

Yes we left them in overnight. The put the ducks in near dusk thinking everyone would be settling down for the night. Once we saw the rooster go up to his throne (a perch he won't share) and the ducks laying down in a separate corner we thought it safe to go to bed. The automatic door opens 30 minutes after dawn so there shouldn't have been much time for them to get into a fight this morning.
