Oh .....I’ve always called them dippy eggs with soldier men ( bread and butter strips) to dip into them ...hence dippy eggs. What do you call them?

Well haha! I used to call the toast sticks 'soldiers' but the egg was just 'egg' as far as I can remember. I don't really eat a huge amount of eggs these days.
I got to the point of eating 7 eggs a day for lunch and then decided my cholesterol was probably being effected negatively

My mum is British and we called them Eggs and Soldiers. Best way to eat eggs.

I had to look to see where you were from - we call them dippy eggs in Pennsylvania too. I believe it's a Pennsylvania Dutch thing here.
