LOL...sounds good but im probably not gonna attend the lunch if thats ok. Ill stick around the show and keep an eye on the show or booth cuz my whole family is coming.

That sounds like a great plan, Nifty. I'll get my behind to the BYC booth as soon as I can grab my rooster and run!!!

I love the idea of having a booth and wearing our shirts - who knows, after this weekend maybe we'll have another thousand BYC members!!!

S n M - can't you just bring your family with us to lunch??? We're going to miss you!!

Hey you guys! It's almost here! One day away!
*bursts into song* Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow, it's only a daaaaaaaaaay aaaaaaawaaaaaaaaaay!

Alyssa (silkieluvr) and I spent a long time bathing some chickens yesterday, and we have even more to do today. Do you know how long it takes to blowdry a silkie dry? Like an hour. It's crazy.

Oh and I thought you guys might get a chuckle out of this:
Alyssa and I also show horses and we have some whitening horse shampoo, so we figured 'hey why not' because we have some white silkies that are very very dirty. Well, the shampoo is purple. It seems to be ok with horses because you hose them off with an actual hose, which gets the color out fine. But try as we might, our silkie roo definitely has a tinge of purple in a couple places around his wings. WHOOPS

We're hoping it wears of, its hard to see now after all our scrubbing but if it isn't all off the poor little buggers getting ANOTHER bath. I'm about ready to just dunk him in some bleach (JUST KIDDING)
