Here is Shirley, my new Hampshire red- beside
Star my silver partridge silkie
Coco my chocolate silkie
Behind her is Ash, my olive egger going through a molt.
Beans, my daughter's barred rock.
And a closer view of stars face.
I'm not really sure how old star is but roughly 6-7 months.

Certain the Barred Rock is laying.

Just for an update! It was indeed Beans, the barred rock, who is laying now

I guess another possibility could be my silver partridge silkie hen. But...idk. Genetically she should lay a very light cream egg.

Silkies lay small eggs. It could be your silkie.

It ended up being my barred rock, Bean. My one silkie started a week ago finally lol. My other has yet to lay.
