yep, pointy end dowwn. I actually incubated them free, and at lockdown put them in the cartons, I cut the bottoms out so there would be airflow. It just keeps the first chicks from soccerballing the others around

hah just checked on em, the dark chick was standing on the pipping egg. I guess they are not even safe from the first chicks in the cartons lol. little farts
