Who's Laying?

First time chicken farmer. We have 14 hens-2 each of seven breeds. They are all 4 months old this week. One started laying a week ago and a second one today. Brown eggs. Medium size. Breeds are Buff Orpintons, Barred Rocks, Red Stars, Black Stars, Rhode Island Reds, Anconas, & White crested Black Polish. I can eliminate Anconas as I understand they are white egg layers. Black Polish I don't know. Who is likely to lay first?? or How do we tell??

My first one to lay at 17.5 weeks olds was my Barred Rock. A GLW came in second at 19 weeks. We are going on 20 weeks now & my Buff Orpingtons have not laid yet.
