Funny you should ask, OP, because I just spent the day helping my brother and his partner get out of my mom’s house, and cutting contact with her. Been a fun...39 years of her BS but I’m finally free. I hope. Just gotta get grandma away from the abuse now.

Maybe try a *catastrophically dramatic unforeseen* plan....Sleep at night and be awake in the day??!?!?!?!?!?
An actual solution could be to go to bed earlier and wake up early in the morning to have that extra alone time.
