I bought 6 mixed colour Silkie eggs from a seller on Ebay 4 were fertile 1 quit and 2 hatched earlier today.
Question is 2 what? They are dark in colour skin black pink feet with 4 toes, crosses?

I E-mailed the seller he says no possible chance of them being crosses must be deformity caused by poor incubating

Seems unlikely as the 3 that hatched from another source incubated at the same time are all perfect. I checked his other items and he does sell Silkie x Orpingtons and various other breed of chicken. My argument is I've been sold the wrong item I purchased them hoping to add new blood to my breeding pen now I have to buy a new coop to keep these in or mess about finding buyers for them

An apology and conformation of what breed they are crossed with would have made me happy now I'm fuming

Am I wrong to complain?

Oh no, so sorry to hear this. You are in the right, if they sold you the wrong eggs, or mixed breed silkies they should have stated that too you, and not suggest you had poor incubating, I would be furious.
