Who's that bird?

Yet another mysterious chicken has shown up in my backyard! Poor thing stays right outside my flock's chicken run, lonely and hungry (after none of my neighbors claimed it and it didn't leave, I started feeding it). It is smaller than my standard sized girls, but I can't tell if it is young, or a smaller breed. First, can anyone identify this bird for me? I can't deal with another rooster. Second, it has been socializing with my girls through the chicken wire for a few weeks. If I adopt it, should I quarantine it, or figure that any diseases would already be communicated. Thank you! I looked up Game chickens and it's a match! It makes sense too, since I've heard there are cock fighters in the area, and she must have escaped or been tossed.
