Who's up for a challenge?? Easter Egger experts, assemble!

My easter egger appears to be a dude (*sigh*), but the seller seems open to taking him back and letting us have one of the remaining chicks of the same age (about 8.5 weeks) for a discount. They are straight run. She sent one photo of what she has left...it isn't a great one...but anyone want to point out any they feel fairly confident are male vs female based on feather patterns, etc? I numbered them to make it a bit easier to discuss.

To me, 2 and 3 definitely appear male. Other than that, I'm lost.

6 is a pullet, can’t see them clearly enough to determine other pullets though

Unfortunately, this is the only photo she sent when I asked.

I think I read I should steer clear of "patchy" feather patterns, splotches of red (especially on the wings), and the largest/reddest combs. Anything else?

It!s hard to tell, especially since they are so blurry and mostly just bootys. I would probably guess #1 is female though.

I’m also guessing #2 and #3 are cockerels, again super hard to tell. Just my guesses.

I just got my first easter eggers, rockstar, and Rooney. They are dolls. so sweet I would love to know more about them.

It's incredibly hard to sex from that pic. I can confidently say that 2 and 3 are cockerels and I think that 7 is as well
