Who's up late baking?

Nobody ever accused me of being organised. 10pm and i'm just getting started on the baking

Double choc chip Andes mint cookies
White choc peppermint bark
Oreo truffles

Still undecided after that, i'm thinking maybe white choc blondies or plain truffles, or some white choc and peppermint cookies.

You're way more organized than me! I got guilty after reading your thread title, and went and dumped a Trader Joes gingerbread mix into a pan and tossed it into the stove. Should be done in 20 mins...

its only 8 here and after i get the kitchen cleaned up from dinner and vacuum one more time

then i am going to start baking...mini peanut butter blossoms and then some ornaments and crafts

and maybe some more baking not sure what yet.... and i have to decorate the premade gingerbread house (yes i totally cheated, but i have a 3yr and 1yr old!!) and we have one that is santa and reindeer from last year we never put together, sigh.... hopefully i will get to them this year... and then its time to start wrapping presents - ohhh my

Finishing the 10 loaves of chocolate chip bread. Started yesterday. I've got 2 more loaves and then I'm done. I head to work at 12PM tomorrow.

Just finished wrapping presents...so thank God on that one.
