Why a tiny egg?

Yes correct, hens only lay one color egg but when they are first starting out the pigment can be fiercer in the egg cause darker coloring...this is what happened this summer with my easter egger she layed dark olive eggs for a week or so then the color slowly lightened out to blue.she now lays blue eggs.

View attachment 1215495 My easter eggers are 15 and 16 months of age. My Ameraucana hens are about 3 years and lay blue eggs. My Rhode Island Reds are 9 months old and lay brown eggs. Where did this tiny green egg come from?
Photo a grape tomato and the egg I found in the chicken run.
Probably from one of your EE's?
Was there a yolk inside?
Best to take pics with a quarter to give a true scale.
