I have only had white eggs but in the last week or so I have found 3 grey ones. Anyone have
any idea why? I did get 4 new Silver Appleyards in the last month and a half or so, could it be them??

Several duck breeds and crosses lay grey eggs. You might want to research the breeds you have. They all taste the same to me, if that was bothering you. :)

I WAS WRONG THE EGG WAS WHITE AFTER i WASHED IT BUT IT WAS WEIRD BECAUSE IT DEFINITELY HAD A GREY COATING???? AND ALL WERE LAYED IN A CLEAN AREA. Should i be concerned about the health of this duck?

Cayugas or a duck that has cayuga in it can lay black or gray eggs and the pigment can be wiped off...at least partially. This is very normal for the breed and the eggs and the duck should be fine.

Hmmm I am assuming it is one of my new Appleyards but have not actually seen them lay the eggs

It's called bloom. The grey and or black on the egg isn't actually pigmented shell like green eggs. It's a bloom that coats the egg and actually rubs right off. Normal
thank you I have had for about 3 years now and had never seen this before. glad to hear it is normal
