Why are Guinea shells so hard?

The only thing we do different is humidity, automatic egg turner and storing eggs. i will tell you on my first batch and 2nd which 2nd batch is currently happening.

First Batch:
This is when i first got the incubator.
I cut flat egg cartons to fit in the shelfs, so they woodnt move around. Then i turned on the incubator to heat up to 99.5 and i put a quart of water in the top by the fan. once it was heated i went to get the eggs from my first guinea nest i took all eggs there were 20 or so eggs. i wrote a number 1 and marked on the calendar when their hatch day wood be. then i put them in the eggs cartons little end down. And shut the door. Then for the next 12 days i collected the daily eggs and did the same rutine. ended up with about 78 eggs- 2 trays filled out of 3( i couldnt store eggs then it was always 90sum degrees in the house, but now we have the air on and its 71) When the water would run out id fill it again, and about 1 week in i candled they were all fertile and had embryos. Then on 25 i turned the automatic turner off. on that day 25 a couple of keets were already piping. A couple hours later they hatched, but with bowed feet. i tryed every method taping feet to card bord holding in position the for hrs. nothing worked then 2 days later they died but b4 then 8 more pipng and hatching, 3 days early sum of them even 4 days. All had bowed legs all died. but then 1 day b4 their hatch date i took all the eggs out and set then in the racks. thinking it was because they were in egg cartons. 2 hatched that night again bowed legs, so when they were fluffed i took the out i put them in a box with all the bow legged guineas, i had a towel which made bowl shapes cuz the bow legged guineas flipped on there backs and the towel prevented them from that. i thought that those wer going to die too, but the next morning they were skutting across the box trying to walk, thats when i put them on the other side of the towel so the cood get water and food. The ones with the bowed legs acted like they were still in the egg on even wobbled over to the waterand drowned. then the next night 3 more hatched bowed legs but skuting so i put the in with the other skutting keets, all the skutters lived. All the ones who didnt try to walk died.

Oppsum prevented me from trying again till a month after that hatch, then i found there newest nest

Second Batch:
Currently in the incubator

Mamma guinea stopped setting so i took her eggs, they were about a week and a half away from hhatchig.
I decided my incubator was the cause of only 15 eggs hathcing after i cracked them all open some had quite devloping very ung others right b4 hatch anyways so i turned them myself. After that the guineas strated laying in a nest right by the house so again i collected, only about 60 eggs though. And i turn them one in the morning once in the evening, no water though. And then another guinea went broody and sat, after a couple days i decide she doesnt need to set, she was a mile away from the house so i brot her and the good eggs up to the house, i set the eggs in with the other. i fed the guinea hen and put her in with the others. The first guinea hen that left her eggs well her babies hatched about 7 days ago, out of 11 7 hatched and 2 were in backwards, and one just didnt hatch, then the last i thot got a bacteria but then when i thot about it the eggs could have ben layed at a later time and i stoped turning it and now its stuck to the shell but i still turn it the embryo is getting bigger. And i lost the date they were suppose to hatch but ive ben candling and sum may hatch with in a week or so.
