Why are my chickens eating all their feathers?

My sultains and polish crested are all eating eachothers feathers on top of their heads. I know it's supposed to be from a deficiency, but of what? and how do i fix it?

It may be a lack of protein. What are you feeding? Try adding high protein items like egg, cheese, yogurt, meat, BOSS, nuts etc.

It is somewhat common for crested birds to get picked on.

Imp- or maybe they just like the bald look.

We feed them whole corn and they also eat their own eggs.
