Why are my chicks hurting each other?

Today when I went out to check my 6 week old chicks 8 of them looked bald!! They all seem to be pecking and pulling each others feathers out.

Why are they doing that? They have been together since they hatched. What can I do to stop this? Help!!!

They are in an enclosed 8ft by 14ft run. There is 25 of them.

Might try a red lightbulb...I read somewhere that it's the blood in the new feathers that may trigger them.

What are you feeding them? Is it the high protein chick starter, and if so, are you offering them as much as they want to eat?
